David Ridder is an executive leader with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling multi-site skilled-trade services and technology businesses. As CEO of Arcline Build Group, he leads the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational alignment.

Prior to joining Arcline, David held senior sales and operations leadership roles across start-up, private equity–backed, and Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on building high-performing teams and integrating acquisitions.

He began his career supporting M&A and capital markets transactions in New York and London and holds a B.S. in Finance from Kansas State University.

Lisa Sigui is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of construction experience with expertise in financial management, budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning. She is instrumental in steering the financial direction of Arcline Build Group, ensuring profitability while maintaining a reputation for excellence. As a member of the leadership team, Lisa is both collaborative and decisive, fostering a team environment that encourages innovation and accountability. Lisa has been instrumental in driving growth, streamlining operations, and implementing financial strategies.

Chris Gioia is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in architectural millwork, beginning his career in custom yacht interiors and luxury residential projects. As President of Montbleau, he leads the company’s strategic vision and works with the leadership team to drive operational performance and long-term growth.

Chris is an active member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) and the Woodwork Institute (WI). In 2022, he was recognized as a Woodworking Network 40 Under 40 honoree for his leadership and industry impact.

James Mekeel was NWWI’s first employee in 1989 and took over as President in 2005 and co-owner in 2006. James is married, has 4 adult children, 3 grandchildren and 1 young daughter still in home who competes in youth AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association) competitions from the Washington to Ohio. He splits his time between Scottsdale and the Northwest.

Bob DuMais is an executive leader with experience building and scaling service-based businesses, with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational alignment.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across operations, sales, and business development, developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth across multi-site organizations.

Bob is known for his hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style and commitment to building strong teams and long-term enterprise value. He is a former United States Marine.
